TEVA-BIKECAMP WAS A BIG SUCCESS

Veröffentlicht in Uncategorized mit den Tags , , , am August 26, 2012 von flowinger

The Teva Bikecamp at Spielberghaus in Saalbach was a big success.
All the participants, if father or son, were amazing and made me it really easy to coach them.
We all had so much fun and everybody has learnt a lot, me included.
Well let the fotos speak…

Berchtesgaden is getting it’s first offical Bikepark!!!

Veröffentlicht in Uncategorized am Juli 29, 2012 von flowinger

After years and years of asking people for a property I can build on, I finally found a place were I can build a Bikepark for the youth in our Valley.

The local Youth Hostel sponsored their land, and the Outdoor Center “ASL Strub” is paying for the costs of the buildup.
We are building a Pump track, a Table Line, a Trick Jump, some Ladder bridges, and a Singletrail, for teaching people how to solve problems on trails.

I’m digging, hammering and shoveling  for 2 weeks now and day by day more Kids are coming and asking, if they can help. Amazing how motivated they are.

You should see there shining eyes.

And that’s pushing me extremely forward, to get all the work done and give our local youth, the guests of the Youth Hostel and all others something more to do in our Valley.
Here some Fotos and an article of the local Newspaper.
